Carrie Curiel is a Nurse Practitioner at Precision Spine and Pain Management, providing care to Dr Borshch’s patients. She has specialized in spine and neurosurgery for her entire nursing career, beginning in the hospital setting on a neuro-cardiac floor before moving to the office setting to work for a neurosurgical office for the next 5 years.
She then moved on to further her career and education, obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing degree from UT Health in San Antonio. She is nationally certified as a Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC and is proud to serve her patients with exceptional care. As a previous spine injury patient, she gives compassionate and patient-centered care, with firsthand knowledge of the spectrum of emotions that comes along with the pain experience.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family, spending time outside in her garden with her dogs and chickens, and enjoys listening to Texas country music in the Hill Country.
